On time payroll and Remittances: At PNI Management Phils. we administer employees’ payroll, keep records, and handle all other employment requirements conscientiously. We provide our Clients periodic reports and proof of payments for our remittances such as SSS, ECC, Medicare and other benefits for staff that we deploy. Continuing Staff Enrichment Program: We believe that in order to maintain a well motivated staff for the long term, it is essential to provide continuous training. That is why, at our own expense, we make it a point to periodically train and retrain the staff under our care in such areas as customer service excellence and work ethics.
